I've been remembering my past interviews due to applying for a new job and it's crazy how many hiring managers there are who are very annoying while being arrogant. Such as this time when I applied for this office job, this was after the virus incident (about a year ago) and when I arrive there she looks over my resume noticing a gap since I was unemployed. This middle age woman (Late 30s) says “Why do you have a gap?”. I tell her the obvious and that finding a job is difficult. She says “There's plenty of jobs out there, it's just that your generation is pretty lazy”. I stayed silent the whole time (however yeah there are plenty of jobs if you want a pretty bad one working at fast food for $9 per hour or even better that time I did try to get a job during the virus incident and had to deal with a Khols manager who asked me if I went to college giving me a smug look in a group interview). Needless to say I did not get the job.
Also out of the almost 20 interviews I did in my life most of hiring managers were female and 40+ (strange).
