When you apply for a job through Indeed, and send the company all your information. Only for them to reach out a week later and say: hey, thanks for your interest in insert job title here. To complete your application, please visit the careers section on our website and fill out an “applicant profile.”
Umm, wow. So then why bother posting on indeed… if all you’re gonna do is say you want me to enter the same information again, but the way “you want it.” It makes no sense to re-enter all that same information again, since you already have it! Why bother posting on Indeed then? People shouldn’t waste their time like that.
