I see so many people pushing hard in their jobs at this company. I understand that can get you promotions years down the line, but just job hop. I’m putting in minimal effort everyday but doing just enough to not get fired, so I have time and energy to apply to higher paying roles.
Why do so many people treat their jobs like they are sharing in the company profits? People here care so much to reduce costs or get another client, but who cares? We are so busy anyways that we won’t be laid off.
I’ve been actively applying now to more social justice and aid organizations, or government positions, because private sector is just dumb. I don’t care about anything here
