How many people actually continue from that point? As soon as it transfers me I immediately refuse to apply for that job. All the info that is needed to at least decide if someone fits or not is in the resume. If you want an application filled out for whatever reason and I am supposed to spend 20-30min to fill it out then at least show some interest and have a quick call with me.
Don't even get me started on these personality tests and whatever else they want. These can take well over an hour and they want those too before even talking to you.
