Why don’t more workplaces offer 4 day 10 hour shifts?

I’ve worked a couple different jobs throughout my early adult years. I eventually landed at an amazon warehouse. Didn’t really mind the work, but decided it wasn’t for me. But one thing I really did like was the schedule. 4 days a week, and 10 hour shifts. Why don’t more places offer a schedule like this? You’re able to still work 40 hours, and have an additional day off for the weekend. You’d think a schedule like this would be more desirable compared to the normal work week (5 days 8 Hours) and would even get more employees to stay working at a variety of employers.
