Lied to about expectations for my job, every single place I’ve worked at has been highly dysfunctional. And now I’m just trying to get an extra certification for a skill set so I can switch locations in the next six months. The current location I’m at is:
peaked-in-high-school energy. And everywhere else I had applied either ghosted me or straight up laughed at my expected hourly wage. I’m tired. Just want decent wages, affordable healthcare, PTO and less B.S. I have a four year degree and it means nothing.
I hate this system so much.
