I am halfway out the door because of the amount of stress and internal staff conflict and BS blaming over the past few year. Today I got my performance review where my boss gave me his opinion based on biased opinion from other department, I was floored because he didn't consult with people I work with on daily basis…. speechless and utterly under appreciated.
Edit: I was taking my colleague work on top of my duties because she was having personal leave for 6 months and yet my boss didn't mention my dedication… I was flabbergasted.
