I have joined one of the largest cx customer engagement companies in the world, I have this little issue where I am forced to work 9~11 hours a day 6 days a week and get only 3 breaks a day (15 min x 2, 30 min x 1) in which I can't even manage my lunch and coffee+smoke. I was wondering if this is normal for other working people as well?
