I’m kinda new at this job. When you start we have to pass a drug screen and background test.
Some new guy got hired on, and for the last 3 months he’s been here I’ve been hearing managers talking about him.
They look in the windows of his car, they suspect he’s on drugs. Well I heard apparently he is on some form of probation for the next 6months where they are drug testing him.
Our job is allowed to randomly drugs test us if suspicion is raised. But it’s not a timely thing like this.
The guy is still here, I’m guessing he passed his drug test, and background. Why is my work so invested into this guys life? It’s almost like they’re trying really hard to get him fired.
It also makes me curious what they do around my car or say about me when I’m not around.
