I started this job a year ago they said there are raises every 6 months, well I’ve been here a year already without any raises after asking over and over again. I keep getting the same “ I will look into it”or that they are waiting on hr response.
Today I saw in my team chat that the newer employees got a sign up bonus of 300 or 400 and I was so upset about it.
I’ve been looking for a different job but no luck and everything wants a degree which I never have the money or time to go to school being a full time employee with a young kid.
I’m just so over it and feeling hopeless I wish this wasn’t how I had to live life begging for money. I’m super behind on bills I only make 2200 a month my rent is 1100 and bills together come out to be 560 plus groceries about 200 and gas another 150 I’m kind left with only 200 a month. My daughter is growing and needs shoes constantly.
I’m just sick and tired of life.
If anyone knows of a work from home job in central Texas please let me know I have call center experience. I even have bank experience being an assistant manager for 4 years but they fired me for being 30 mins late one day but that’s a different fucked up story.
