So yesterday I ate something bad and was up with my stomach all night. I decided to call out of work but since I called out 5 hours before my shift instead of 6 I need to have a doctors note or I’ll basically be fired. It’s literally just a bad stomach ache. I don’t have the time or money to go bother a doctor for this. Is there any websites where I can get a free doctors note? I looked at online doctors and they all charge $25+
