Work won’t allow printing of documents at home.

Because they're a “secure” organisation, work won't let me print off anything at home due to it being work related and “confidential” information of their inner workings. Problem is there's tons and tons of documents to look at in order to know how to do your job and you get sick of looking at a screen all day that you can minimally edit or highlight or write notes on Anyone ever had an issue like this? Any work arounds that won't trigger security systems and the like? There's some rules that are common sense, but then there's rules which are downright stupid if you want your workers to be actually informed about their own job.
