So I work in a restaurant in California. I recently worked an 11 hour shift with not even a 10 minute break. It was the night before mother's day. Just the other day we had a “mandatory meeting”, where the owner basically told us we are replaceable and should be grateful to work there. What are some steps I should take? I am afraid of losing my job because it's tough out there right now.
