Workers shouldn’t be cattle, what we should demand. What else to demand?

All workers in the USA should be guaranteed the following:

1. $20/hour federal minimum wage
2. Health insurance for all in the USA, regardless of employment
3. 32 hour work week, 4 day limit per 7 days of work or you’re paid time and a half.
4. Night shift minimum wage of $24/hour due to health risks.
5. Employee burnout workers comp protection like in Germany.
6. All Unions are recognized by employers like in Switzerland.
7. Guaranteed 4 sick days from date of hire, and 8 combined paid sick days per year.
8. Commuter surcharge of 50% your wage to go to work, plus basic car/bus expenses.
9. 62 retirement age for full benefits.
