Workplace is pushing you out. What do you do?

Hey anti-workers, I come to you seeking advice. Here’s the situation: My mum works as a librarian, has done for over 10 years but now she’s subtly being pushed to leave her job. Her colleagues are undermining her, isolating her and the management aren’t any help. They have a history of systematically getting others to breaking point where they have no other alternative exception to go on the sick and leave, it sounds utterly toxic. And now their sights are set on her. She’s never had any performance issues, she’s been good at her job – building up community ties with schools, doing activities with kids and encouraging them to read. She’s gone to under performing libraries and built them up. She’s isolated, undermined and it’s caused her so much stress and anxiety. Reducing a stoic and strong woman to tears. I’m of the mind that this isn’t worth it…

Hey anti-workers, I come to you seeking advice.

Here’s the situation:

My mum works as a librarian, has done for over 10 years but now she’s subtly being pushed to leave her job.

I’m of the mind that this isn’t worth it and she should just cut her losses and leave but I’m so angry and want to exact revenge in the most petty way possible. Any ideas?
