Worrying about entering a new position.

Unfortunately, management caught onto the fact they over staffed this season. I have gotten used the slow pace in my current position. I will be moving over to another role. I am worried about the adjustment to busy work again. I know shouldn’t complain because they could have laid us off. But I worried I am entering another shit show. I just got out of one this fall…
