Written up for tardiness

I try my best to get to work on time but I’ve been tired lately and my clock is fast in the mornings so I’m not arriving early like I did when I first started my job. Today I was approached by my supervisor with a paper and she claimed i had clocked in late 3 times and the next time I would be suspended from work for 2 days. I was confused because I’ve never had a job that didn’t have a 5 minute grace period. I asked her what was late and she said anything after the time I’m supposed to be at work. She said I clocked in a minute or 2 late those 3 times and she could show me on her computer but she didn’t because I didn’t immediately follow up with that I just asked for a copy of my write up and she said she would see if she could give one to me. Am I being quietly fired? I never would’ve expected this from this job.
