WWYD? I have a few options.

I used to work in a position I loved for a company I liked (mostly, my coworkers became some of my best friends) and in an industry I loved. COVID shut down my industry and I had some inbetween jobs for the past 2-3 years. Finally, applied and got an offer (and accepted) back in the first industry that I've been missing and doing almost the exact same thing when I left, just for a different company. It's full remote and no plans on changing, and great benefits and everything. Not trying to brag but more say that I'm going to change jobs. I have a few options, though. I'm a nice guy and don't necessarily want to leave my current job right away as it would fuck them over…. but I know I don't owe them anything, but I kinda want to rip the bandaid. Should I quit, no…

Should I quit, no notice? Benefit is that I can relax and have some me time. Downside is my guilt.

Should I quit 2 weeks? Benefit is that I have less guilt, but I really don't give a fuck about references or contacts or anything.

Should I try to work both jobs for as long as I can, focusing more on the new one I care about? Benefit is money. Downside is juggling two jobs.

Should I just drop the ball and wait to be fired by the previous? Comes with some guilt, but I'll get paid for a little bit longer.

What would you all do?
