A few months ago I applied looking for “customer service” role and I was hoping for an office position which was what the initial interview promised, but the second interview mentioned me ocassionally helping with the trucks. He was very vague by what he meant, but after getting hired I was immediately thrown on truck duties without my consent and they claimed I would be doing it for two weeks before I get into office training.
I was completely caught off guard! Not to mention some the workers were transphobic. As the day went on I eventually had a mental health crisis due to the sheer amount of stress and was rushed to the emergency room. My boss naturally called me the next day out of concern, but still refused to let me work in the office. This may be the most dishonest company I ever worked in my life and I now have permanent knife marks on my wrist.
