10 Years Experience as a Graphic Designer and Job Posts Are 4 Jobs in One

This is more of a rant but I’ve got 10 years experience as a graphic designer with some website/UX design here and there. I’ve noticed more and more that job postings are expecting you to do jobs that are at least 3 or 4 in one. They want you to be a graphic designer, website designer, programmer, social media manager, SEO expert, marketer, you name it all for the low low low LOW price of $16 at the highest. Even if I apply to those jobs, I still don’t get selected. I’ve tried applying to remote jobs and stuff on-site even though I despise on-site jobs. I’ve been at this for months now with at least 200+ applications. I’ve gone through second round interviews but it always ends with the same rejection email. What am I doing wrong?
