Employer threatening to fire me if I go to my girlfriends 3D ultrasound because I couldn't give them a week notice. I know TN is a right to work state, but since I'm a 1099 position and am free to set my own hours by law how does it conflict with what they are requiring me. If they fire me what are my options?
Edit: I googled it I'm misclassified as a sub contractor when I should be an employee. I'm sure the IRS might like to know. If I get fired should I do it? Should I fuck them?
