10k dollars to every coworker to quit their jobs just to get back at manager who claimed I was unreliable.

So for the safety and protection of those involved, I will not be naming locations or businesses or anything that could be used to identify anyone in this situation. That said, My former manager claimed I was unreliable. This after spending 3 years never once missing a day, and only ever being late by 30 minutes due to a car accident completely outside my control. This statement was in response to a request that I engage in a non-mandatory work event that would have taken up about 5 hours of my weekend for a bunch of pointless rewards that were of no actual monetary value. When I explained why I wasn't interested, namely that I would be spending 5 hours of my weekend doing something I would not be getting paid for, my manager claimed that I was only concerned about money.

I told them that that should be obvious, considering that the only reason anyone works any job with such low pay, is because they need the money. I considered the argument closed and went about my day.

The very next week, I was informed that my hours were being reduced as I was considered “Unreliable” to the team.

This was infuriating to me, and I was venting as such to my friend who is a lawyer. He also found it to be frustrating, and came up with the idea. He had me provide him with a number of employees at that location, and then he pulled out 10k for each employee. He packed it into a suitcase, gave it to me and told me to offer it to every employee at the store with the stipulation that they had to quit their job.

I went to work, told my boss I was quitting, and then called up every single employee at the location and told them that I would give them the money if they also quit. Without fail every single one of my coworkers took their uniforms off and quit alongside me, taking the 10k and leaving.

The best part is that nothing illegal has been done. I provided a greater incentive to my coworkers to leave the job, than the job provided them to stay. My friend is admittedly a nepo-baby whose parents company is quite well off, so a grand total of 500k did not really impact their bottom line.

EDIT: To clarify, this job was a min wage job that typically makes use of people who can't afford not to have a job, and my manager regularly took advantage of the fact that people needed the job to afford to live.
