With your cover letter, you'll aim to: Highlight your qualifications: You'll show how your skills and experience relate to the employer's needs for a specific position. Showcase your motivation: You'll demonstrate your enthusiasm for the specific position and the organization. How about companies start doing this for me too? Write me a cover letter on what your qualifications as an employer are, how your skills and experience will help me grow and be mutually beneficial, and to showcase your motivation/enthusiasm for finally filling a specific need in your organization. That too much work? Then why do I have to do it?
