My employer asks every employee that's leaving to write out and sign a PDF stating their resignation of their role, the new company they're going to work for, and the role they're taking at the new company. The sounds pretty immoral to me but is this something others have experienced in the state of Michigan?

I work as customer service. My working hours are from 09.00-15.00 every day. Every time i boot up my system i go through 6 different applictaion that have their own boot time. Boss encourages me to leave early, doesn't care if I show up late. Fellow antiworkers, find a public sector job.

As part of this we all got a million invites to “lunch and learn” throughout the year (at least one a week), which are dial in via teams. Now, firstly a pedantic point, I thought a lunch and learn is where an employer provides lunch and is another way to bullshit more training in over your lunch break.
