Toilet paper is a convenient privilege…
Yeah, Wtf.
We're at our highest case numbers ever. The advice is to stay home if you feel unwell. The companies policy is stay home if you feel unwell and get tested. I did a RAT test it was negative but the advice is to get a PCR test if you show symptoms as the RAT can be inaccurate but my boss has decided the a RAT test is good enough and I should come to work anyway. I work in an office my entire job can be done remotely. There are already staff working from home. I have a home office. I advised I could start at the normal time and do my job nope still need to come into the office even though I've been moved to a different floor to be separated from the rest of my team to stop too many members of one team getting sick. I.e, What's one thing at your workplace that only YOU know how to do? Is it something niche, expensive to train, boring, etc., and what are the possible ramifications of it not being done? I want to push back against this and actually arrange another call where I ask them some things. Looking for ideas on what I should be asking and looking out for to make sure it’s a good fit. EU based btw, not US, so no point with health care questions or things like that 😉
So I work for a multi billion dollar company as an intern, my boss demanded for months that I stay behind everyday and plow the fields behind our office as he would lord over myself and colleagues wearing a large cowboy hat, his hands on his belt buckle. Eventually I was tired for this and decided to quit, quickly getting a job within a week, I naturally wasn't scared of the financial repercussions of quitting on the spot as I was beyond tired with this guy and it would interfere with the story. Anyway, I got an interview with the CEO of a new company who agreed to not only pay me triple my original wage, but also gave me the keys to his office, his wallet and proclaimed me king of the world. He's agreed to hold me up like Rose in titanic in front of the board next…

Our great american equality flag bearer MNC has a new rule that if we apply internal to job portal inside the company to internal positions a notification will go to the current manager . Now manager is harrasing me continously . Welcome to capitalism..!!!!
