Makes no sense it's like they want slave labor I live in the UK and I see wages such as £6 an hour for people who are 16-18….. shouldn't they receive the same pay as the worker who is above thier age who is being paid £10 an hour doing the exact same job as them ?

Before I read all your stories and advice you’ve given to others, I would have just accepted whatever raise I was offered and been grateful for it. Today was my review. They do their scoring 0-3 with a 2 being “meets expectations” and 3 “exceeds expectations”. Raises are based off how you scored. Now I know I’m good at what I do and that I’m easily one of their strongest workers. We’re short, they need me. So when I went in and saw a bunch of 2’s, I didn’t just accept it and move on. I pointed out all the ways I’m exceeding what’s expected of me. People come to me for help. I cover for others absences. I’ve improved several workflows over the last year. I despise typical 9-5 jobs in the first place. But on top of that, I can't do it. Within a week, my mental health declines GREATLY and I start getting physically sick. I started an OnlyFans account because I personally enjoy it(exhibitionist). And sadly I'm not currently making enough money off of it. So I have to have a part time job that I start on Wednesday. But I'd really rather not work if I don't have to! So, I thought this would be a good place to ask for tips on it! Anyone with advertising experience or anything of the sorts, please help out! I cannot work in the type of settings a 9-5 job requires! And anyone with personal buying experience, what is most likely to gain your interest in a seller!?
