Think about, you're surrounded by people who don't really care about you the way your family does, and your employer certainly doesn't care about your problems unless they interfere with your work and then you're fired. Hating every waking second of the job. The manager is half ass, my Co-workers are half ass. I don’t see why I should try so hard. I’m making the same pay as the guy next to me who shows up late everyday, doesn’t give a fuck, no call no shows. How is that motivating for me? Fuck this place. This whole job is just people being salty 24/7. Salty Someone leaves early, salty someone is off today. Salty I get the same pay. I’m on drugs every day to cope with it. I dropped out of college. Interview Bait-and-Switch, No Thank You!
Well, it's finally time to share my first (but certainly will not be last) real-life story with everyone! I recently had an interview that went…not at all how I was hoping, and I just had to share with you all. Like a lot of people, I'm currently in the process of looking for a new, better-paying job due to a number of factors and internal drama happening with my current office – nothing you haven't heard before, I'm sure. And yes, I will gladly share some stories once I'm settled into a new job. And like a lot of other people, the interview process is proceeding at a frustrating pace with results to match. I'm sure it's because of all the government subsidies, decades of billions, made them lazy, now when I try to buy gas, even when I put on a halo and am willing to go all the way to $2.50 a gallon and all they have to say is get the hell outa here fella! maybe if the government would stop spoon feeding these freeloaders….
