So I worked for a casino, as a security guard. I was told at my hiring that in 3 months i would get a raise. 4 months go by I ask and there is simply no time. I wait another 2 weeks and hand in my two weeks notice letting the general manager know I can't work for a company that can't keep their word. I am on duty for the weekend for my job. I am supposed to respond to calls dealing with noise complaints, lockouts, emergency maintenance issues, or anything else that may occur. I am on call from Friday night to Monday morning. I just received a call at 12 am that there was a flood in one building. I was directed to meet someone from a safety organization at the building.
