I told them because of pay and company policy. I told them what pay should be. What policies are ridiculous for our line of work and they asked to share it with their boss. I told them fuck yeah and leave my name out of it so I could go into way more detail. I wish I had told them a much higher number than I did when I said what starting pay should be though in case it turns out the company could afford way more than I actually comprehend or they come back with a low ball offer I hope something comes out of that conversation that isn’t just more bullshit “pizza party”. Hi y’all! A few weeks ago my boyfriend quit his job to start a new job. Within 4 hours of his first shift at the new job his previous manager called his new job and told them that he had been caught stealing equipment and money from work and that the police were called. Obviously the new job put him on an unpaid suspension and later on a cop contacted my boyfriend to ask about the situation. My boyfriend is able to produce all the proof needed to clear his name (especially since she’s accusing him of stealing stuff they don’t even sell). But during the time all of this has happened he doesn’t have a job since he’s on suspension. He hasn’t heard anything from the new job and isn’t allowed on either of the properties during the investigation and with no new developments or even confirmation of him…

the fucking suffering is manufactured to. it doesnt even have to be this way. everyone could live a good life. but for some fucked up reason we allow some people to just suffer and struggle for no fucking reason. i feel like a fucking child because i cant even start a family or live a normal life. this shit isnt normal, its not ok
