I'm writing a paper on the anti work movement and the positive effects it can have on individuals working lives. I wanted some of you guys opinions on how you think it would contribute to job satisfaction?

My asst manager complains about the hours and pay and my new coworker and I both want his job so, to anybody wanting to quit. Don’t threaten it for weeks, bitch and complain and slack off making others do more work, just quit please.

Listen to this itinerary, yes you heard that right, that I was sent an ITINERARY. Boss requested a couple of new reports and project plans Thursday evening before my vacation starting Saturday when I already stayed late on Thursday solving last minute rush request for advice. I had work planned out today already so I did that, and honestly didn't see her request until after I had shut down the computer. I only saw it on my work phone when I was turning on the Out of Office message. Maybe a year ago I would have turned my computer back on to put together the reports she asked for. I currently work as a Shift Lead for the Service Desk of a large tech repair company. I originally joined the company in 2018 as a Service Desk Analyst. At that time I absolutely loved the job and all the great things I learned, relationships I nurtured and the great culture. In 2019 that all changed when we got bought out by a larger company. Slowing over the past 3 years the company has become more and more caustically corporate. I work at a local small business. We’ve got two stores in different cities, and i am the assistant manager to one of them. I was hired in december of 2021, and began my management position in April. This is my first retail job, by the way. The job, simply put, is kind of ass. I’m twenty years old and am a creative person.
