Am I just weak?

There are two stores that have been very understaffed and need me to keep operating. Because of that I've been working at both locations back and forth full time. As of now I've worked for 8 days in a row for 8h each day (coming from two 5 day 8h weeks back to back). The last days and especially today I've been feeling extremely burnt out. I can't sleep anymore. My mind is racing. The stress is getting to me. Whenever I brought up that I've worked that many days without a break by now to coworkers, they either don't really think much of it or make some sort of comment that this is no problem for them. This makes me feel that maybe I'm just not used to it and not strong enough. Is it normal to get this burnt out or do I have some sort of problem?

Do companies have to provide pay band info?

I’m located in the US (Virginia). I’ve received a few promotions over the years at my job, but each time I’ve basically been told “this is your new pay. Congrats.” I have no visibility into how that number was decided upon, nor the ability to negotiate (over the past few months I’ve tried to get a modest pay increase to no avail, and with little feedback). I’ve asked my department manager if they provide pay bands, but have been told no. Is this legal? Are companies supposed to provide pay band info?

7-Eleven employee refuses to discard edible food. Instead, sent an invitation to people that need it. This is the spirit of antiwork.
