What’s the best way respond to this?
Edit:Grammar A potential employer told me and I quote “So I can start you at 8.00 with opportunities to gain more upon learning how to do things. And we can make a schedule tomorrow sir.” What do y’all think???
The competition in engineering is so cutthroat and strong that it is basically impossible to compete in unless you have an IQ of 140+. You have to be in the top 10% to even have a change of a good paying job. 90% of recent engineering graduates won't end up in engineering jobs or end up in low paying ones.

Job change
I was originally hired on as a diet tech and filled out on boarding paperwork and had to wait 3 weeks before starting to get my second vaccination. However after my second dose they told me my position changed to a host. Should they have told me before? Can they legally do that?

I work at a hospital as an intern for 10 weeks. Currently im at week 8. It's a school internship so i dont'get any pay at all, which is fine by me, at least for the time being. But today this asshat of a guy thought he had to berate me about not declining a task i'm literally not allowed to do. I asked if he could help a patient at shitting, since he asked and im not allowed to trained to help the patient , neither am i allowed to. He litterally told if I dont want to do that, i shouldnt work at a hospital at all and that i should think about working with “things” and not with people. He also told me he hopes this will have an effect on my internship valuation which i get on my last day. I'm moving beds all day, check…
I caught wind that my HR department denied me an engineering spot, because I put name name in the hat for a few other openings and “didn’t know what I wanted”. The managers that recommended me for the job and I would be working for told me this. Is this an issue I should bring up with my work’s ethics committee?
I dont really understand this. My co worker and i work in similar office positions. She got quite sick and had to be off for a few weeks so she was given a laptop to work from home. She comes back to work like normal. Then yesterday i find out she worked from home and she told me she got her period and didnt want to come in. I get my period every month and never get to work from home? We also have a lady in accounting that also works from home when she wants. So wtf? Why has no one told me i can work from home? I think im going to be asking my boss about this…. Im annoyed.
