I’m so tired. I can’t imagine doing this for the rest of my life. I’m so goddamn unhappy. I didn’t know where else to post this. I just needed to get it out.

dox your work!
How can i not support such terrible companis when alot of you sometimes refuse to let us know where we can avoid these people. Why? Anon account and let it rip. We have a right to know so we can stop supporting them.
I did an 11 hour shift yesterday
And I got one 20 minute break. Management says we get 20 minutes every six hours. In for 10 today. Anyone know uk law on this?
Probably just like everybody else in this subreddit, I am sick of my job. Death has made me realize a lot of things and one of those things is that I'd rather live life as the poorest man imaginable yet being the happiest mf alive compared to rich and miserable. I've been looking into farming lately and id love if somebody with experience could tell me what they know, anything really. This life of living from paycheck to paycheck gets more and more unbearable with each week. I feel as if life would be much simple owning your own land making your own profit at your own pace…
Threatened with a lawsuit for notice.
Anyone know of any good employment lawyers in Connecticut. A family member who is a physician assistant gave 30 days and they're threatening to sue unless she gives 90 days. She's burnt out and her mental health is destroyed. She worried about the terrible working conditions and patient care and they're holding it over her head saying it's in the contract that she has to give a longer notice. Being a little vague, but if anyone has anywhere I can't start looking that would be super helpful.
14 days to leave property
Just moved into share house now landlord wants to sell the house after only 6 weeks living here Extremely angry . Waste of time moving. She has only given us 14 days to vacate . My other roomates have been here 2 years Mentally tired and hate having to move. I found this place on flatmates and if I knew it would be only temporary I would not move in.
I make 13 an hour. It’s my last order of my shift and I charge the lady at the window and then I’m waiting for her order. The laziest guy at work comes in to start his shift and he gives her the order when it comes up and he gets a $10 tip as I’m clocking out. The order was still under my name however the money was given to HIM. Is that tip supposed to go to me since it’s an order under my name? Or since HE received it and had just clocked in he keeps it? I’m not one to hold a grudge or be super upset but now I’m honestly just genuinely curious if anyone knows if this is fair/justified since he had just clocked in?
I am a senior management level professional, I was sent this EA job (dressed up as a COS role) by a recruiter on Linkedin because I am a youngish female, I guess. These “key attributes” follow with multiple grammar issues. If this actually came from a Series E company as claimed, that is just pathetic. Putting in bold the most hilarious parts. I responded that I had questions about the bullet points and recruiter ghosted. I was totally ready to troll. Look at these written expectations and tell me this is not toxic. Also, the CEO clearly knows nothing about basic business sense or writing. It is clear that this set of demands is clearly coming directly from the CEO's mouth. Key Attributes: ● Ability to get the job done: you are high achieving, results-driven, and tenacious. You will find a way no matter what to finish what is asked…
