This would be a world in chaos. How can we not as human species come further then that we NEED to work just to live. Are humans so smallminded that we cant even give everyone a chance to live (food and shelter). And then people complain about the people that get the crumbles. Do they think the people that get foodstamps are living the life? I want changes..

Can a perspective or current employer ask about how many sick days you have used at your past job??
In my opinion, capitalism is fine if people weren't so greedy. Imagine a system where companies paid their employees a percentage of the profits agreed upon before hire and potentially increasing by experience and time with the company, etc. If this trend took off, then wealth disparity would disappear.
So it may not sound like a big deal, but it really is. Where I live, summers can get up to 90F/32C and even above. The local Dollar General has to shut down in the afternoon during the summer. It started last year, and I had hoped they got it fixed, but I went there the other day and saw it still was not repaired. Yes, Dollar General may be a horrible place to work, but this is a rural area that is a “food desert.” Where your only options are Dollar General and the blue hell with the big W. I don't work there, but I feel for the employees who can't work because the business is not safe for both employees and customers. I want to reach to corporate but I worry that may hurt more than help. Just thought this might fit here. I feel for those…
So what’s the end goal for the rich?
This is a legit question, what's their end goal? I know that they wanna subjugate us and their evil and this that and the other, but what happens when people just can't afford things anymore? I know they would enslave us if they could, but then who's gonna buy things? Inflation keeps going up and wages aren't keeping up. What happens when people literally can't afford to come to work? What will happen to the gas companies when the majority of America can't afford gas? The housing market when we can't afford houses? This is incredibly short sighted and will end badly for all of us, them included, they have to be able to sell their products to make money. I could understand if they were trying to keep a larger portion of the population wealthy and able to afford things, but they aren't. The working class literally supports the…
Why is 40 hours important?
Just got moaned at by family for only working 25 hours a week compared to my cousin who works 40 hours a week as a manager at a night club, so in my personal opinion working 25 hours a week at a prestigious hotel for nearly £12 an hour and actually getting to enjoy me week is far more acceptable than working for a company for 40 hours and never having the down time. I may be completely wrong but what’s the theory as to why more hours equates to being better off? My mental health is better than it has ever been and I’ve worked 40 hour jobs before and they are draining. Is it just me? Sorry for the rant just wasn’t entirely sure where to post this
