I am currently serving my notice and was planning out my leave last day being 8 July. I wanted to take leave from 23 June onwards up till 7 July then 8 July I just got to head in to return my laptop yada yada. My boss however wants me around for the week leading up to 1 July since it’s our peak period… but honestly my mind cannot take it anymore. I’m really torn about not wanting to burn bridges and putting my mental health first. There were a few things that she did and I couldn’t agree with no matter how I try. Like me finding out that a colleague I half-trained was given the same title as me when her headcount got transferred.
