Any petition that receives more than 100,000 signatures has to be officially responded to. We should flood them with petitions until they increase the minimum wage. They might not change anything but we can at least annoy the hell out of them until they get the message!

So this sub was made for one thing. To make a change. To be honest there has been little to know change at all. The little change being people are starting to quit their jobs with shitty pay and poor benefits and work somewhere where they earn what they deserve. That is not ebough though. These minimum wages are way too low and these benefits are still shit. When the fuck are we gonna make an actual initiative together?? It's like a bootlicker actually made this sub because people know shit like this gets people attention but peopler never get together and make a stand. I'm just gonna leave this sub honestly this sub made me passionate about workers rights ngl. But i see it only is being used for karma. Peace

So, I showed up to a meeting early. I was sitting in the meeting room alone, and I don't think anybody realized I was there. And just outside of the open door I hear two guys talking. Both managers. One was talking about how the storms and clouds have been affecting his wife because she has seasonal affective disorder. He said two or three other things I couldn't understand. Truly sounds personal, I’m not trying to listen. And the other guy says “it's a shame you can't just choke a bitch out”. And they both laughed. And proceeded to mumble jokes about it for a full minute. And then the guy whose wife they are talking about makes a joke about just doing a little gentle choke. Not trying to kill her, just trying to shit her up. These men are super nice to my face and one of them…
