I have had at least a dozen boomers go off and me and make my posts about them and how they did all this and that and all this nonsense and how I'm apparently the problem cause I don't have a job. There is nothing more exhilarating then kicking people when they are down. Freaking psychopaths.

Want to quit but scared of consequences
I’ve been working at this company since a year. I hate working there and wanna leave ASAP. They’ve been using me for my work and paying me way way less than what I deserve. I am from India and going for my masters in Australia. I will look for jobs there but do the companies in Australia need a referral letter from my previous employer? What if he doesn’t give it? Or they contact him and he says something bad about me. Can anyone help with thee questions?
