I work somewhere where the managers know each other for ages and are friends outside of work. Which is fine, whatever. People are polite and friendly. But when we f*** up, the peasants, the reaction is different. At first, I thought, hey new career = I’m learning, so I’m making small mistakes. Outside of bigger cities such as Los Angeles, NYC and Boston, a typical job pays from $13-$20ish an hour. Studio/1 bedroom apartments are anywhere from $1,300 to $2,000 a month.
