Can I hire someone in Upwork, Fiverr or whatever from a 3rd world country and have him do all my reports & 70% of my work for me, then I just handover the completed work to my manager or clients. is it legal?? he wont be communicating directly to my company or using my e-mail access/passwords or anything to get sensitive information from the company system. Lets say I paid him 20-30% of my salary and kept on going with my WFH as usual, doing meetings & whatnot myself.. but most of the tedious work delegated like excels & daily status reports, would someone notice its not me doing the work, what could happen?? (I dont really care if I get fired from this job but I dont wanna get sued & stuff)

Every time I have a sit down with a boss about how miserable I am, and that it's not necessarily anyone's fault but my own, despite the complete insane and inhuman system… ​ they remind me not to be entitled. ​ Is it me? Am I just so lacking in gratitude? I'm just so fucking over it, everyone has expectations for me and I can't fail etc. People depend on me. That's entitlement! my children ARE entitled not to starve because of some jerkoff boss that is running a scam decides to wake up from his management-capitalist torpor just to fuck with me I feel the 'lie flat'… This system is so violent against humanity, and I'm one of the 'winners'.. YIKES
