Or should you have to pay for it even though you can't really afford it?

General question
Is it bad that i report jobs for not having a salary posted as “fake”? On a job seeking app?
So I randomly remembered this BS thing that happened at my first job. I was getting a ride to work from my sister who was also going to work. On the way I get a call from an unknown number. I naturally don't pick it up because I don't recognize the number. On the way to work I get another call from the same number and again I don't pick up as I don't recognize the number. I get to work and see one of my bosses there. He was in charge of finances and he was a cool boss. If he knew you were working morning he was there he'd buy you McDonald's. (Closest Fast Food to us ). I get there and I greet him say “Good Morning Sir”. He replies good morning and asks me if I know who's supposed to be opening up with me today?…
Got this voicemail at 5am (redacted names and company): “Hey, this is Blank giving you a call from Human Capital Department. We spoke yesterday about the communication on the out processing, I needed to speak to you one more time. And there are some deductions that will need to come out of your final paycheck. Um in regards to the benefits correction, there were some issues uh with your benefits and processing them this year. Um looks like you've been paying the wrong amount, which is less than what you had originally um a signed up for in your healthcare plan. So the difference in payment is about $2,000. Um so I just wanted to give you that heads up. Please give me a call back so I can explain the details to you. Um but do expect that deduction from your final paycheck phone number is Blank. Thank you.”
So I’m talking to a supervisor where I work (Fortune 100 company), and we’re talking about how somebody was offered the opportunity to either quit or get fired. This individual chose to quit. Now, I go, “Why wouldn’t he just get fired and collect unemployment.” Supervisory says, “[Company Name] doesn’t do that.” Huh? Is this a thing? I thought if you get fired for something besides outright breaking rules, you can apply for unemployment benefits through the government. Kinda curious on this… for a friend, hehe.
Absolutely dreading going back to work
I’m only 30 and already sick of the corporate world. I had an awful time at my last job and had to go on medical leave due to extreme stress. I was burnt out and couldn’t function. I struggled to get out of bed. Everyone started treating me differently after I came back from leave and so I decided to resign. I felt so useless and incompetent (likely due to the stress). I was no longer the hardworking overachiever I knew myself to be. It’s been 6 weeks and I’m still very hurt about what happened in my last company and it’s made me despise my field. But I’ve got bills to pay. So I’m starting a new job next week with better title and pay. I usually feel excited and happy when starting a new job but instead I feel SO anxious and there’s a general sense of dread.…
I'm a lead developer for my company, and it just seems that the amount of tasks/tickets I get grow each and everyday. Their is no true sprint planning, we just get tasks that get rolled over to next sprint. Instead of having 3-4 tasks that is achievable and reasonable. We have a mountain of tasks to do, we do the critical and high tickets first, but if another important critical issue comes up, we have to drop what we are doing to fix that “important” issue I'm starting to think the company I work for is not practicing agile the right way. Our work is never truly appreciated, the quicker we fix the bugs, the more work we get. It's been like this for years now, and I'm considering resigning.
I'm sick and tired of capitalism just as much as everyone else, but what are we going to do to stop it? When do we do it?
