So I'm planning on taking a long vacation with my current job and during that time off will start at a new company. Will either company know I'm simultaneously employed via adp?

Very grateful for my job which for the most part is great but there is an inherent level of unfairness. Long time employees get 1 or 2 days offeach week while I have to work every single day. It feels inherently unfair that I the new employee basically was hired so long time employees could have 3 day work weeks. We all get paid the samebut I am the one having to work 5 days and they work 3. I have spent months trying to be ok with this and it just doesnt seem right. It feels like a restaurant schedule. Note :this is corporate job.
