Where Can I Report Work Harassment?
For context, this workplace is located in California (Bay Area) and it's called Edible Arrangements. I'm asking this on behalf of a friend who used to receive unsolicited sexual advances from the manager when they used to work there. They weren't the only ones to receive these types of advancements. On November 27th me and many others in Alaska will quit our jobs all at once in order to protest for higher wages and against employee abuse. For far too long We at the bottom of the corporate chain have been used and abused by our employers so they could afford a nicer car a bigger house and a second vacation we aren't just just settling for a couple dollars raise we're asking the minimum wage to be raised to at least $40 an hour especially here in Alaska where the median home price lingers around $700,000 and cars above $45,000 now more than ever do we need to put our foot down gas prices continue to climb and used cars are selling for more than their newer counterparts in some cases. This movement can cause that long needed change to finally occur imagine if you woke up one day…
