If only we all could just do this
Absolutely crazy story I read here where a guy took $1000 to over 8 figures in only a couple of years. Thoughts?

am i right to be freaked out?
I work for a small business and my boss is really big into surveillance. She has cameras everywhere, and when i was hired she said so, “i have cameras everywhere some you can see and some you cant.” Last week she sent a video of me from a camera while i was at work with the comment “thankyou for the floor support!” I was very freaked out and i feel a lack of respect and trust between us. I talk with my coworker about some of these things and he usually opts to say “the walls have ears.” I feel unsafe and disrespected and following a few events in my personal life i have been so overwhelmed with anxiety that i cant stand to be there and feel unsafe in her presence.
So I work at this fast food. They pay shitty money, but I have to in order to pay college (whish they gave us support to go through college). Anyways, there is this guy who works with me. He seems to think that he'll make it to the top just by “working hard, sacrificing and saving money and then re-investing said money into other sources of income)”, he also loves to repeat that I just have to ” pull myself up from the bootstraps”. Weird thing about him is that he always talks about his sex fantasies as well, and emphasizes that said fantasies can only be fulfilled with a lot of money. How can I make him understand that such expectations are insanely unrealistic???
“Cost of Living”
Let's talk about this term cost of living. What the fuck gives these people the right to own all of the land and then determined that we must pay to live in their land? This planet belongs to no man, no single man nor group of men can own this planet. This planet belongs to all of us! HOW FUCKING DARE THEY?!?!?! Discuss
Work retaliation? Wrongful termination?
So the store owner at my job wanted me to open and by that she means to give me the store keys. I have worked there for a few weeks and am not comfortable doing so without increased pay to match that of others with the key. To preface, she said most of this outside of the building where there are no cameras. I talked with my owner that I would need increased pay for doing what I would consider more responsibilities. She talked with my in an aggressive tone and stated she was doing everything to help me and get the practice since I’m so young. I told her that even though I’m 21 I know what’s a fair and competitive compensation. Afterwards she kept pushing me to quit saying maybe this isn’t right for you and I made sure she knew that I was staying. I also said…
I heard of a bar that made you claim the whole bar’s tips for the night of you forget to clock out. I was curious if this is legal. This is a ton of money to claim in a single night… maybe enough to push you up a tax bracket. (Say you’re on the edge of 41,775. This is 5 bartendersx800 on a night with a big event) that seems like misleading the irs. Thanks!
