Bartending Janitors???
Why do bartenders and servers become janitors when the place they work at is slow? Aren’t there swampers for that who the owners can hire and pay the same wage to and leave the specialists to their specialized work of providing specialized service as client-facing labor specialists?

What’s with “Training”?
I started a new job 2 months ago as an auditor with the promise I would be trained up and learn the ins and outs of the business. My first day I was sat in front of a computer screen with nothing to do and it's been the same since. Even though I have asked for things to do. I just know they are gonna eventually heap tons of work on my desk, then when it ain't done perfect (because I haven't been trained) a huge deal will be made. It seems the case everywhere. Start a job and there is no training at all (either that or you are shown once and expect to be an expert) Anyone else have this problem?
Wednesday should be a day off.
As is stated in the title i think a lot of us have problems sleeping and knowing we have to go sleep just to wake up and go back to work. I think it'd be a lot less stressful if we had a day of at the Wednesday so that there is something to look forward to throughout the week. Atleast for me it'd give me a chance to sleep and relax, knowing i just need to work 2 more days and then 2 days off again, rinse and repeat. Just would be a lot more bearable.

What would ask in such a survey?
So it’s a very long story but my previous employer was horribly toxic. They were all abusive psychopathic narcissists who got work done only with bullying and harassing employees. I had to suck it up for four years until I found a better position and moved on, while I was on unpaid sick leave for 2-3 months due to workplace stress. I had a lawyer for a few consultations to help me respond to those harassing emails and then I got my new job and left it at that. I still have some time left to make a complaint for the damages they caused such as personal injuries (due to not providing ergonomic setup for me while I had that as a pre-hire requirement). It may not be very straightforward and might be hard to prove the injuries (wrist/neck/back pain) and it would cost money for the legal matters. What…
