I just quit my job. I’ve always followed the rules and given 2 weeks notice or more, even when I was being treated like garbage. But last Friday, my boss told me off, questioned my character and said I was mismanaging the staff. I’ve been working 60 hour weeks and I know I am good at my job. Our team and our partners love working with me, and my boss did too, until Friday. I was about to head out on vacation, and I do not know what set her off. I’m not going back. 2 weeks notice is a scam. Who does that benefit?
