During my meeting with my boss it got brought up that I was discussing wages with other employees who ended up going to their managers about it. I was told this was highly discouraged by the company. What can I do to protect myself from any retaliation?
The interview was a phone call between myself and the HR rep (they mentioned their feedback policy twice). Instead of feedback, I get an email that makes me wonder if they knew who they were emailing.
