Do people not realize how much money that is? That is an insane amount of money, yet we would all have so much more. You have to be greedy as fuck to have that amount of wealth. I'm saying that the wealthiest people should have 20,000 times the median salary, and millions of people that makes me a communist. I still consider myself a partial capitalist. I'm probably a traitor, honestly. I think everyone should have their basic needs covered, and we should have to work for what we want. I will never understand why the poor defend billionaires. I get all the reasons (think they might be one, the rags to riches myth, etc.), but I'll still never understand them.

a) I've been mistreated by employers, and I just want to be treated with respect and dignity. But I'm not anti-work per se. b) I feel I'm underpaid, and my employer is overpaid. I just want a fair wage for my time and labour. But I'm not anti-work per se. c) I'm a communist. Every job should be non-profit and organized by the government. But I'm not anti-work per se. d) I just don't want to work. I'm lazy. I'm anti-work.

So, I think I made a post on her twice about the job that lead me into believing I got the job and got free labor out of me. I have tried calling the headquarters, I've tried the better business bureau, and I even tried contacting my local news stations. I feel like I've been ignored. I know it's just a little bit of money. Nothing that should be worth crying about. But it's the fact that this place had said that they would look into it, and just block my number is ridiculous. I leave a bad review, they delete it. I call different numbers, I get ignored or blocked. I've been trying everything since late july. I even posted on tiktok to try to get some traction, just to sweat them…nothing. And I can't even afford an attorney. I'm so lost.

My family is dysfunctional to say the least. I just found out about this event. It’s in the beginning of November. And my POS vile cruel cold blooded fucking boss won’t let me attend my own mother’s fundraising event. She passed a year ago, the event is in her name. I’ve never taken a day off. I’m a month into this job. To my boss, fuck you, you’re the reason why people quit. Should I quit? I need this job. I cannot afford to lose it. Fucking bs this work culture is. I’m sick of it. Absolutely disgusting.

I’ve wanted to leave for months, even thought I’ve only been here for 2+ years. That’s how bad it is. We’ve already had several good employees leave but the company isn’t getting the memo that they are fucking up and need to do better. I have to go back into the office, non negotiable, next year, all because of “collaboration” supposedly but I think it’s also to justify the fact that they spent so much damn money on a new building that no one asked for and didn’t bother to see who wanted to work in the office full time vs. at home or hybrid. I hate it here. I wouldn’t be surprised if more people leave over this. We deserve better. I’m not the only one complaining about being forced in office.
