What if we took an example from the guys who invested in gamestop stocks and figured out a way to use this subreddit as a way to create a national protest for workers rights where everyone just doesn't go into work on the same day? I'm probably crazy but idk. If they could change the way the game works why couldn't we?

TLDR: It's hard to coordinate a two week vacation with many careers. More of an observation than a question: I've noticed over my two decades of living in the US, that – regardless of the job – two weeks of time off is difficult to arrange. My family is all in my country of origin, but I've made the US my home for a variety of reasons and love it here. I have had dual citizenship for 15 years. Because of the travel time and expense, it doesn't make sense to visit for less than ten days. I have not visited my family as often as I wanted to throughout the years due to the near impossible tasks of getting a two-week block of time off work. High performing team (vulnerability)
Just had the strangest meeting today. My try hard manager made a meeting about high performing team. Big part of it was trust and vulnerability. We had to go around the room and share things like what was a significant time in our life, what’s a mistake we made, what we struggle with. It felt like a straight up counseling session. To make it worse, there will be more sessions in the future. What do you all think about this? I’m trying to go to work, do my job that I hate, and go home.
