just a crazy idea but…

What if we took an example from the guys who invested in gamestop stocks and figured out a way to use this subreddit as a way to create a national protest for workers rights where everyone just doesn't go into work on the same day? I'm probably crazy but idk. If they could change the way the game works why couldn't we?

High performing team (vulnerability)

Just had the strangest meeting today. My try hard manager made a meeting about high performing team. Big part of it was trust and vulnerability. We had to go around the room and share things like what was a significant time in our life, what’s a mistake we made, what we struggle with. It felt like a straight up counseling session. To make it worse, there will be more sessions in the future. What do you all think about this? I’m trying to go to work, do my job that I hate, and go home.
