Why do they act so out of touch with the concept of humanity

Yesterday at work I went to grab a coffee and usually I stop at the reception desk to have a chat, because the receptionist and I are almost the same age and we have a good connection. Two hours later someone tells me she's arrived, so I go down to the reception and the receptionist doesn't look good. I half assed an assessment that literally had questions like “do you like using a microscope for fun?” and “is free enterprise the best system?” He looked at the results, with intensity and declared with a straight face: “Ok, you scored high in power and financial success as motivators. Every time a employer tries to pull the “Can you come in early today” See how many hours you have until work and then just arrive to work late based on how many hours they wanted you to come early. I did that and they cut the Voice messages real quick. Manager even tried to call me out on it and I just pointed out that sometimes I forget to charge my phone and it will die causing me to sleep in AND come in late….. only on the days you try to get me to come in early.

It's 1:25 AM right now and I have to wake up at 7:30. I fucking hate working. Every night I just cry at the thought of having to wake up and go to work. I cry even more when I wake up. Especially when I have good dreams only to wake up to a shit reality. I just cant stand working anymore. I honestly just want to kill myself everytime I have to wake up. Idk what to do anymore man. Fuck this world. EDIT: it's 2pm and i have to wake up in 5 hours and 30 minutes. feel like shooting myself ngl.
