I got scheduled to work 9 days straight again. Ughhhh it ain’t even overtime, literally 40hrs divided into 6 days smh. I ain’t getting nowhere in life w this bs. Our new manager is hella sus.

“How to be an anti-capitalist in thr 21st century” By Erik Olin Wright I don't know if anyone on here has heard of his work (maybe I'm late to the party), but basically he updated a lot of Marx's ideas and adapted them to modern times. He basically says for democratic socialism to work, we must have: 1) Unconditional Basic Income. 2) Public programs that facilitate the conversion of capitalist firms to employee-owned. 3)Specialized public credit institutions that support co-ops. 4) Publicly supported co-op development initiatives. 5) Training programs for how to organize and operate co-ops. Honestly I can't do the book justice and would recommend people read it. I got it at my local library, but if you have time it's a good read for how to fix our shitty boss issue.

Today he asked me about my relationship my 7-year relationship to tell me that I shouldn't trust men easily and I should make sure my bf isn't playing me mind you I barely bring him up and only positively and we are happy together so this was just his dumbass assumption AGAIN TRYING TO FAKE A REASON FOR ME BEING UNHAPPY AND STRESSED BECAUSE OF HIM. Check my previous post this guy hired me for marketing but gives me non-marketing tasks like sales associate tasks and asked me if I have ADHD cause I can't finish and focus on everything. I am in Texas where do I report I want him to learn his lesson and I feel like I deserve something out of this after all this bullshit

Hello I Am A 24 Year Old Line Cook For Barrio Tacos In Ohio & I Mostly Work Closing Shifts My Manager Clocks Us Out /Changes Our Time Every Night Especially When We Take Too Long Closing Is This Illegal??? Example : My Schedule Says 6:00pm – 12:00am But Say If I Come At Like 5:41pm (They Edit The Time To Look Like This ) 4:41pm – 11:45pm
